At CallSync, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Under data protection regulations (including GDPR and similar laws), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon an approved deletion request, we will remove the following data associated with your account:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and login credentials.
- Call Logs: All call metadata including phone numbers, timestamps, and duration.
- Call Recordings: All audio recordings uploaded to our cloud servers.
- Notes & Tags: All notes, labels, and tags associated with calls and contacts.
- Organization Data: Employee records and team configurations (for admin accounts).
- Usage Analytics: App usage patterns and interaction data.
Important Information
Please note that we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction records and billing history (for tax/legal compliance)
- Records of deletion requests themselves
- Anonymized, aggregated statistical data

Step 1: Request
