How do I sign up and create an account?
Getting started is easy! You can sign up using your email address and a secure password, or you can use Google Single Sign-On (SSO) for a faster 1-click registration. No credit card is required to create your initial account.
How does the CallSync app work?
The CallSync Android app automatically logs incoming, outgoing, and missed calls from your team's mobile devices directly into your CallSync Dashboard. Simply install the app on the employee's phone, use their unique setup pairing link to log in, grant the necessary permissions, and it works flawlessly in the background.
Is the app available on Apple iPhone (iOS)?
No, currently the CallSync app is only available on Android devices. Apple's iOS platform has strict limitations that prevent background applications from accessing call log data. To use our call tracking features, your employees must be using Google Android smartphones.
How do I set up my employees?
As an admin, you can create employees from the 'Employees' tab on your dashboard. Once created, you can copy the specific device pairing link and send it to your employee via SMS or WhatsApp. They will open the link on their phone to install the CallSync app and will automatically authorize their device.

How does pricing and plans work?
We offer flexible tier-based pricing depending on your team's size and feature requirements. You only pay for what you actively use. Check our pricing page in the dashboard to upgrade or seamlessly switch between Monthly and Yearly billing cycles for a discount.
Do you have an affiliate or referral program?
Yes! We have an incredible partner program. You can earn an amazing 20% recurring commission on all subscriptions generated through your unique referral link. Simply visit the 'Earn Referrals' section in your dashboard sidebar to generate your link and start promoting.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Your call logs and customer information are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure using enterprise-grade Supabase security.
How many employees can I add?
Our base plans support a robust number of team members depending on the tier you selected during signup. If you need a larger customized Enterprise plan, contact our support team to extend your limit.
Troubleshooting & Permissions
What permissions does the CallSync app require?
The app natively requests access to: Call Logs (to read inbound/outbound calls), Contacts (to match caller ID names to numbers), and Phone State (to know when a call starts and ends). Additionally, on newer Android versions, we will ask for background 'Usage Access' or disable Battery Optimization to ensure syncing isn't terminated by your phone's power saver.
The app tells me it needs 'Usage Access' permission. What is this?
We request Usage Access permission on Android because many customized Android Operating Systems (like MIUI, Samsung UI, ColorOS) randomly kill background applications to save battery. The Usage Access allows us to monitor if our own app's sync service is terminated and to restart it reliably so you never miss a synced call.
Why are my calls not syncing to the dashboard?
If calls from an employee's device are not showing up, the first thing to check is that they have an active internet connection on their mobile device. If they do, Android's battery saving mode might have forcefully stopped the background CallSync service. Have the employee open the app on their phone—this will instantly boot the service.
